Data & Networking Connectors

Speed & Signal: Certified Interfaces for High-Performance Networks

In the world of IT infrastructure, speed is everything. However, even the most expensive cable cannot perform if the connector is subpar. Our Data & Networking Connectors are manufactured to strict tolerances to ensure they meet or exceed ANSI/TIA performance standards.

Types of Internet Cable

From legacy voice systems to 10-Gigabit Ethernet networks, we supply the modular plugs and jacks that professionals trust to deliver error-free data transmission. Our selection includes standard crimp plugs, modern pass-through designs for rapid termination, and versatile keystone modules for custom patch panels and wall plates.

RJ45 Modular Plugs
RJ45 Modular Plugs

Gold-Plated Reliability for Every Termination

The standard interface for Ethernet connectivity. Our RJ45 (8P8C) modular plugs are designed for optimal signal integrity, featuring 50-micron gold-plated contacts that prevent corrosion and ensure a low-resistance connection over years of use.

We offer distinct plugs optimized for specific cable categories. Our Cat5e plugs handle standard Gigabit speeds, while our Cat6 and Cat6a plugs are engineered with staggered pin layouts and load bars to minimize crosstalk and support 10-Gigabit frequencies. For noisy industrial environments, our Shielded (STP) variants feature metal housings to ground the cable’s drain wire, blocking EMI/RFI interference.

Key Features & Applications:

  • Gold-Plated Contacts: 50-micron gold plating ensures maximum conductivity and durability against repeated insertions.

  • Category Specific: distinct designs for Cat5e (100 MHz) and Cat6/6a (250-500 MHz) to maintain twisted-pair geometry.

  • Shielding Options: Metal-shielded plugs available for use with F/UTP cables in high-interference areas.

  • Compatibility: Available for both solid (structured cabling) and stranded (patch cord) wire types.

Nail-in Cable Staples

Error-Free Crimping in Half the Time

Eliminate wasted crimps and frustrated technicians with RJ45 Pass-Through Plugs. Unlike traditional “closed-end” plugs where wires must be cut to perfect length before insertion, this modern design allows the individual wire conductors to pass completely through the face of the connector.

This visibility allows the installer to verify the wiring color sequence (T568A or T568B) before crimping, virtually eliminating wiring errors. The crimp tool then trims the excess wire flush during the termination process, ensuring the twisted pairs remain close to the pins for better performance.

Key Features & Applications:

  • Visual Verification: clearly see the wire order before crimping to prevent “bad terminates” and wasted parts.

  • Signal Integrity: Allows the cable jacket to be seated deeper into the plug, reducing the distance between the twists and the contacts.

  • Time Saving: drastically reduces termination time for both novice and expert installers.

  • Tooling: Requires a specific Pass-Through crimp tool (also available).

Telephone Plugs

Legacy Voice Connections You Can Trust

While data reigns supreme, voice systems are still critical for many businesses. Our telephony plugs support standard voice, DSL, and alarm system connections.

The RJ11 (6P4C) is the standard 2-pair connector used for most single residential phone lines and DSL modems. The RJ12 (6P6C) looks identical but features contacts in all 6 positions, allowing it to support 3-line business phones and specialized system control cables.

Key Features & Applications:

  • Voice Standard: Industry-standard interconnects for analog phones, fax machines, and modems.

  • Clear Housing: Polycarbonate body allows for visual inspection of wire insertion.

  • RJ11 vs RJ12: RJ11 for single phone lines; RJ12 for 3-line systems or PBX integration.
